Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Main Job Requirements:
- Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships by engaging with existing customers, identifying their needs, and pitching how our products & services meet their expectations.
- Proactively identify the right opportunities for existing key customers and guide them through the pitched products and services – taking into account our long-term aspirations and goals with them.
- Pitch, close, and manage deals by negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
- Responsible for achieving an ambitious sales target and achieving all execution plans for the team in line with the company’s expansion plans.
- Expand market share for the company via business development and engagement strategy for revenue generation and market penetration.
- Work efficiently across various teams to resolve issues raised and ensure timely, apt, and quality resolutions to customers.
Education
- Graduate from any recognized university.
Work Experience
- Must be target-oriented with 5+ years of experience majorly in the service industry, preferably in product sales and business development.
- Must have experience in increasing revenues and market shares.
- Candidates with experience in both key accounts and sales will be preferred.
