Opus Energy

Updated – 13/03/2025

We’re pleased to share that Opus Energy customer contracts will soon be transferring to PE, pending Ofgem approval. We anticipate assuming responsibility for these contracts from 1 May 2025.

All customers will transfer to PE on the same or equivalent terms, which means:

  • Contracted customers will see no change to contract terms, pricing or service levels.
  • Deemed, variable and out of contract customers will transfer to PE rates.
  • Account-managed customers will be allocated an account manager following the transfer.
  • Commission payments to TPIs where they are due will continue.

Agreed payment methods will remain unchanged following the transfer. Those paying by direct debit will continue to do so following the transfer. Please do not cancel your direct debt.
