PE’s online portal tops list in Cornwall Insight’s TPI Satisfaction Survey

As a tech-first utilities and business solutions partner, dedicated to delivering the best digital experiences for our customers and brokers, we’re delighted to have been ranked first in Cornwall Insight’s tenth annual TPI (Third Party Intermediary) Satisfaction Survey for our online portal.

In the SME segment, our digital offering was rated the highest out of all suppliers included in the survey, overtaking major household names. Almost up from 40% in 2023 to three-quarters (73%) of TPIs in 2024 rated our portal as either good or very good, indicative of our ongoing investment in an innovative technical product roadmap.

Our unique, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) approach is enabling us to respond with speed and agility to an ever changing regulatory landscape, while providing access to real time data for bill validation and trend spotting.

Cornwall Insight’s tenth annual TPI Satisfaction Survey 2024 presents views from TPIs on products and services they receive from energy suppliers. It also presents information on how well certain suppliers meet TPIs needs, what TPIs value when working with an energy supplier and areas they think would improve TPI relationships with suppliers.
