As water and wastewater supplier to over 5,000 SME customers across 12,000 supply points, we’re delighted that MOSL has named Pozitive Water top-ranking water retailer for three consecutive months.
Through holistic peer comparison reporting, MOSL – the market operator for the non-household water retail market in England – assesses every UK water retailer, on several performance measures, each month.
Taking what is an impressive quarterly top spot, the accolade follows First Business Water’s rebrand to Pozitive Water last autumn and its already excellent service was underpinned with the kind of digital innovation that PE, the technology-first B2B utilities company, is renowned for.
Pozitive Water customers now access a seamless, all-in-one platform that allows them to manage their utilities more efficiently, driving profitability and sustainability – and its benefits are once again evident in MOSL’s monthly retailer rankings.
In this most recent report, we’ve scored an average 98.01% across all six assessment criteria. These include Market Performance Standards (MPS), which summarise our ability to read meters within agreed timeframes, for the most accurate billing.
We also took top spot for our Data Quality Score which, at 100%, means that our customer database is without error across our own CRM system and MOSL’s Central Market Operating System (CMOS).
Another key area to note is our first-place position for when it comes to complaints to the Consumer Council for Water (CCW) – made directly by the customer or escalated by the retailer.
The CCW officially rated us as the best-performing water retailer in their 2023-2024 report and, in its latest monthly Holistic Report, our score of 0 indicates that absolutely none of our customers have made any complaints about the service levels they receive from us to CCW. This Market Performance Framework is important to drive positive customer outcomes, and we’re delighted to highlight that we’re also placed in top spot, amongst all UK retailers, in this category.
Pritesh Patel, CEO of Pozitive Water, said: “Our core values of quality, transparency, and reliability have been at the very heart of Pozitive Water since our launch in 2017. Since being acquired by PE and undergoing a rebrand last autumn, to Pozitive Water, we’ve invested heavily in our technical capabilities to set a new standard for the industry. These include developments in our smart water technology, for real-time data analysis and adaptive watering schedules, that minimises water waste and conserving precious resources. Its success is highlighted as we secure number one ranking for the third consecutive month.”
