We’re pleased to share that Opus Energy customer contracts have transferred to PE, with Ofgem’s approval. We gained responsibility for these contracts from 1 May 2025.
All customers have transferred to PE on the same or equivalent terms, which means:
- Contracted customers have seen no change to contract terms, pricing or service levels.
- Deemed, variable and out-of-contract customers have transferred to PE rates.
- Account-managed customers have been allocated an account manager following the transfer.
- Commission payments to TPIs will continue.
Agreed payment methods have remained unchanged following the transfer. Those paying by direct debit will continue to do so. Please do not cancel your direct debt.
