Anti-Spam and Email Marketing Policy

PE Solutions, trading as Pozitive Energy

PE Solutions does not send, authorise, or benefit from unsolicited bulk or commercial email. This policy applies to PE Solutions, to our employees, and to any third party acting on our behalf or promoting our products, including brokers and third-party intermediaries (TPIs).

Our own sending

We send email only to existing customers, and to businesses that have submitted an enquiry or otherwise requested contact from us. We do not purchase, rent, harvest or scrape email addresses, and we do not send to lists acquired from third parties.

All marketing email is sent from authenticated infrastructure under our control and carries a clearly visible unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header. Opt-out requests are actioned promptly and suppressed permanently across all our sending platforms.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and market in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). Further detail on how we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice.

Third parties and brokers

Brokers and third-party intermediaries who introduce customers to PE Solutions are independent businesses, responsible for their own marketing and their own regulatory compliance. As a condition of working with us, they are required to:

  • comply with the UK GDPR and PECR in all direct marketing;
  • hold and be able to evidence a valid lawful basis for every marketing contact;
  • honour opt-out and objection requests without delay; and
  • maintain accurate records of consent and list provenance.

Brokers and third-party intermediaries are expressly prohibited from sending unsolicited email that advertises, links to, or references the pe.solutions domain, our website, our brand or our logo. Any prospecting communication must originate from, and link to, the broker’s own domain.

We do not pay any party on a per-message basis for the distribution of marketing email.

Enforcement

Breach of this policy is grounds for immediate suspension and termination of the commercial relationship. Where appropriate, we will report breaches to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Reporting abuse

If you have received email that you believe breaches this policy, or that uses our domain or brand without authorisation, please report it to abuse@pe.solutions, including the full message headers where possible. We investigate every report and will respond.
